Numerous souvenirs bearing the insignia of the 14th Winter Olympic Games held in Sarajevo in 1984 are being sold on the world's largest online auction site, ebay.com, reports the BH news agency Patria.
In the diverse offer, you can find classic souvenirs such as badges, postcards, Vučko toys – the official mascots of the 14th Winter Olympics, pens, pins, and flags, with prices ranging up to 30 US dollars.
Slightly more expensive souvenirs include medals, ties, wall clocks, canteens, plates, and coins...
The most expensive souvenir is an original medal from the 14th Winter Olympics, with a seller from South Korea setting a starting price of 350 US dollars.
Souvenir offers from the Sarajevo Olympics, besides those from the region, are also posted from the USA and Canada.
For example, a seller from the USA is offering a hockey puck in excellent condition for 175 dollars. A well-preserved helmet of the Austrian ski team is offered for 145 dollars.
A copper clock with motifs of the Sarajevo Olympics is being sold by someone from Croatia with a starting price of 60 dollars, while a tie was offered by someone from BiH with a starting price of 49.90 dollars. A water canteen costs 109 dollars and is in good condition, with the seller being from Croatia.
