MELBOURNE, (Patria) - Damir Džumhur was defeated in the third round of the Australian Open by world number one Rafael Nadal 3-0 in sets.
Our best tennis player put up a worthy fight against the world's top-ranked player, but could not do more than that.
The Spaniard imposed his style of play from the start of the match, which Damir could not keep up with.
Nadal won 6:1, 6:3 and 6:1 by sets.
This was their second head-to-head duel, and in the first in 2016 in Miami, our tennis player was victorious.
