Dženis Beganović (19), FK Željezničar's footballer, is living his dream. Yesterday, he played from the first minute for the first team of the "Plavi" (Blues), which was his childhood dream, and he crowned his appearance with a goal that will probably remain his dearest in his life, writes the Patria News Agency.
Otherwise, Beganović has been in the public eye for a long time. The hero of Grbavica, as they called him after he defended players from Široki Brijeg from hooligans, received an unusual gesture as a gift from fan Benjamin Bajramović. Namely, he tattooed the date of his debut for the first team, and as Patria learns, a new tattoo is being prepared in honor of his first goal for the first team of the "Plavi" (Blues).
Our young players were excellent, and after this match, we got another gem from Grbavica. Besides the goal, Dženis played excellently, and we all saw that he is a great talent – said Milomir Odović, head of the professional staff of Željezničar, after the match.
Many predict that Beganović could be the new Edin Džeko, because he is not a "mama's boy", and no one can deny his talent.
However, Beganović's groundedness and dedicated work support the fact that Amar Osim also knew what he was talking about, because he is precisely the one responsible for the child from Grbavica signing a contract and living his childhood dream. Beganović is also the long-time captain of Željo's youth team, and the fact that Beganović has not forgotten coach Edis Mulalić is evidenced by the fact that he first celebrated the goal with him.
One of the texts that described such a situation was published on the sports portal sportsport.ba under the title "Željo's children who know how to say thank you".
