RED NIGHT: Legends, friends and Rođeni from all over the world gather under the Old Bridge

(Patria) - Mostar will be redder than ever on Wednesday, 23 July 2025. On the plateau beneath the Old Bridge, FK Velež Mostar is organising the "Red Night under the Old Bridge – Evening of the Rođeni", which is expected to be a true celebration of emotion, tradition and love for the Club.

This year, the Red Night brings together the largest number of Club legends, friends from all walks of life, fans, and guests who support Velež from the country and around the world. On the plateau beneath the Old Bridge, members of the current team, boys from the Youth Academy, and numerous former players who have proudly spread Velež's name across the world will also be present.

One of them is the legendary Džemal Hadžiabdić – Čorba, who sent his message ahead of the Red Night.

"The colour red is not just a symbol of passion; it is Mostar and Velež. That is why on 23 July we celebrate the Red Night under the Old Bridge."

It will be an evening where boundaries between generations are erased, because all those who love Velež, whether legends, friends or fans, know that the Red Night is more than an event – it is an experience to remember. After the official part, the entertainment programme will feature a children's choir, musicians from Mostar, and the regionally renowned band Hari Mata Hari.

A special moment of the evening will certainly be the light and sound performance on the Old Bridge and the Neretva River, which will symbolically connect the past, present and future.
