MOSTAR, (Patria) - The President of the HDZ of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dragan Čović, spoke about forming government at the state, entity, and cantonal levels after the session of the HDZ Presidency.
"We have had all the prerequisites for forming the Council of Ministers for a full five months, but nothing will happen until September 14th, when the SDA Congress is held," Čović said, adding that the SDA will speak more transparently about the government after that.
He said that regarding the Federal Government, Prime Minister Fadil Novalić and Deputy Jelka Milićević were tasked with creating a work program for the future Government and putting the Election Law as the first item.
"They will not deal with the Election Law because it is not their job, but it is the first item in that package of reforms to establish the FBiH Government. They worked together for four years, it is logical that they devise the most credible and substantial program for the next four years," he said, adding that nothing will happen before September when it comes to establishing the government.
