(Patria) - Journalist Amina Čorbo - Zećo and analyst Reuf Bajrović last night analyzed the hot political summer and announced the political autumn in Bosnia and Herzegovina on the show "Investigation of the Week" with Avdo Avdić on Hayat TV.
At the very beginning, Čorbo - Zećo emphasized that she believes early elections for the President of the RS will happen, although it is still uncertain, while Reuf Bajrović believes that "the political ball is round" and that nothing can be said with certainty today because there is no information on who the candidates are:
"I am not at all surprised by this behavior of Milorad Dodik because he has been allowed a lot over the years. It remains to be seen what agreement was reached with those who anonymously brought him before the Court of BiH to give a statement on the case of the attack on the constitutional order of BiH. That brings many answers. As for the elections themselves, I expect that the SNSD will participate. Of course, regardless of who wins, it should be known that Belgrade will find a way to continue implementing the 'Serbian world' project," believes Čorbo – Zećo.
Bajrović describes the current situation as quite unknown.
"Of course, the SNSD has an advantage ahead of these elections due to its control over all resources in the RS, as well as the fact that the bulldozer that was supposed to clean the SNSD out of state power did nothing, presumably ran out of fuel. So, the SNSD has remained in all positions of power, and because of that, it will be quite difficult to defeat them in the upcoming elections, regardless of who their candidate is. The problem of the opposition quartet in the RS is their disunity, but also the fact that Stanivuković, as the president of the PDP, who realistically has the best chance of winning, said that the PDP will not participate in these elections," said Bajrović and added:
"It is important to tell our viewers that all those currently on offer in the RS are already at the disposal of Belgrade, and Amina is completely right about that... It is very likely irrelevant to us who will be the President of the RS, especially from the aspect of how they will conduct policy on major state issues in BiH. Currently, there is no difference," emphasizes Bajrović.
When it comes to Sarajevo politics, Čorbo – Zećo and Bajrović believe that the key battle is over who will be the next member of the Presidency from the Bosniak people. They also emphasized that the President of the SDA, Bakir Izetbegović, made a mistake when he recently spoke positively about the SDP.
Čorbo-Zećo and Bajrović pointed out that the story about a coalition between the SDA and the SDP is being pushed by people from the shadows, so-called tender groups, who, out of their own interests and capital, want to merge these two parties.
