SARAJEVO, (Patria) – Deputy in the Parliament of the Federation of BiH Nihad Čolpa announced that he will request the Parliament to form a commission to determine how Aluminij Mostar fell into multi-million debts, after which it was shut down.
„Prosecutors are not doing their job, so at the next session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament, I will propose the formation of an investigative commission for Aluminij to find out who is behind the largest post-war theft that left workers without a livelihood, who stole from Aluminij, and who damaged the Federation of BiH for hundreds of millions of KM,“ said Čolpa, stating that this is a legal right he has as a deputy and that the Parliament has as the largest legislative body in the Federation of BiH.
Čolpa stated that the commission for Aluminij should conduct an investigation and for that purpose can request testimonies, evidence, and documents, which will aim to establish the facts that led to the collapse of Aluminij, as well as to determine the facts behind the company's business model, which, said Čolpa, served only to extract money from Aluminij.
