CEC certified candidacies of Čengić and Selimbegović

(Patria) - The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina today, at its 62nd session, based on the Report on the verification of proposed candidates for participation in the early elections for the mayor of the Municipality of Stari Grad Sarajevo, certified the candidacies of Irfan Čengić (SDP-Social Democratic Party of BiH) and
Dženan Selimbegović (SDA-Party of Democratic Action).

After the draw to determine the order of political entities on the ballot was conducted in accordance with the Instructions on the deadlines for electoral activities for holding early elections for the mayor of the Municipality of Stari Grad Sarajevo, the Central Election Commission of BiH today made a Decision on determining the order of political entities on the ballot for the early elections for the mayor of the Municipality of Stari Grad Sarajevo.

Minutes were made regarding the draw procedure, which, together with the aforementioned decision, will be available to the public on the website of the Central Election Commission of BiH.
Early elections for the mayor of the Municipality of Stari Grad Sarajevo will be held on Sunday, 29.10.2023.
