(Patria) - The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina at today's session adopted five decisions imposing fines on four political parties and one independent candidate for premature campaigning.
The CEC fined Davor Dragičević 3,000 KM for premature campaigning on Facebook and ordered the removal of the disputed content.
Additionally, the CEC supported the service's proposal in four other cases where political parties DEMOS, HDZ 1990, SDS, and SDA were fined for premature election campaigning.
Three parties were fined 3,000 KM each and ordered to remove the disputed content, while the SDA received a fine of 3,500 KM, which had already been imposed in a similar case earlier.
The CEC dropped proceedings against the SDA in two cases, as they determined it was not a matter of political promotion.
