(Patria) - Based on the report of the chief controller of election results, the Central Election Commission of BiH today issued an order to the municipal/city election commissions of Fojnica and Kiseljak for the opening of bags and counting of ballots in order to properly consolidate and determine the election results from two polling stations, because the polling station committees did not correctly determine the election results.
The order relates to the municipal council level, specifically for polling station 114A016 in Fojnica and polling station 115A005 in Kiseljak.
In accordance with the Rulebook on the Implementation of Elections in BiH, the municipal/city election commission, upon receiving the order, prepares for the counting by appointing a team for opening bags and counting ballots, which will perform the counting of ballots in order to properly consolidate the determined election results, and informs accredited observers in writing, who have the right to observe the work of the election commission and this team, about the place and time of the mentioned ballot counting.
The election commission organizes the re-counting of ballots immediately upon receiving the order from the Central Election Commission of BiH, taking into account the mandatory presence of accredited observers.
