(Patria) - The session of the CEC BiH, as previously announced, is scheduled for tomorrow at 10 AM.
On the agenda is an item called 'Resignations, terminations, and awarding of substitute mandates of the President of Republika Srpska and the Assembly of Zvornik City.
According to the Election Law of BiH, which the Central Election Commission applies, a mandate terminates if the appointed, elected official is sentenced to a prison term of more than six months, which applies to Dodik, who was sentenced to one year in prison and a six-year ban from holding public office.
