BiH Central Election Commission confirms additional 1,790 candidates for polling station committee chairs/deputy chairs

(Patria) - At today's session, the Central Election Commission of BiH adopted a Decision confirming an additional 1,790 candidates for chairs and
deputy chairs of polling station committees, who applied in the second announced

“Public Call for Chair/Deputy Chair of Polling Station Committee”.

A total of 514 applications were rejected. According to estimates by the Central Election Commission, with the first and second calls, a total of 8,900 candidates for chairs/deputy chairs of polling station committees should be confirmed.

It should be noted that candidate checks are still ongoing, and that the Central Election Commission is reviewing received objections.

Only after all checks will the Central Election Commission publish the final list of confirmed candidates.
