Cero warns: Novalić completes the division of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina by establishing a company!

It is difficult at this moment to discern the real (hidden) reasons why the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina established the company „INTERA“ industry, technology and development d.o.o. Sarajevo, with broad powers and activities it is supposed to engage in.

This company, as explained, will, among other things, manage immovable property outside Bosnia and Herzegovina belonging to the Federation of BiH from the passive sub-balance, non-perspective military property, and other property inherited by the Federation of BiH in any way.

However, if we are to judge by the claims of expert on state property issues Muharem Cero, everything „smells“ of retrograde political forces in BiH that want to complete the division of the country, and that Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, or the SDA which approved it, unfortunately, does not see. 

Cero says this company is a repackaged „Dodik's law in Novalić's way“.

-I recall that Milorad Dodik tried to alienate state property through a law, but he did not succeed because the law was declared unconstitutional. There is a ruling of the Constitutional Court of BiH from 2011 which established that the holder of state property is the state of BiH, and that the Parliament of BiH is obliged to adopt a law on state property.

The moment that law is adopted, the Federation of BiH can eventually dispose of the property, explains Cero.

Cero warns that this is a further internal division of BiH, and ultimately the creation of a new constitutional-legal framework, a confederation.

-Somewhat, Novalić reminds me at this moment of the likable Ante Marković, a great project, he is likable, and the state disappeared. I stand by that, and it will be shown that the establishment of the company is both unconstitutional and illegal takeover of state property by the FBiH, actually creating a confederation. And let someone say which confederation with its internal structure does not have the right to dissolution of its elements, in this case, the entities.  

This plays into Dodik's hands, changes the constitutional-legal framework of the state of BiH, and aligns with his thesis that BiH was created in Dayton from the entities.

Did Novalić's advisors even look at this decision? Does Novalić see what he is doing? Does the SDA, which approved this, see it is a trap? He is abolishing the constitutionally guaranteed continuity of the state of BiH, says Cero, once again emphasizing that the Government of FBiH has no constitutional authority to manage state property.
