Central Election Commission Adopts 26 Sub-legal Acts Related to Holding Local Elections in 2024

(Patria) - The Central Election Commission of BiH, at today's session, within the framework of preparations for the implementation of the Local Elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2024, and after the entry into force of the decision of the High Representative in BiH of
March 26, 2024, which enacts the Law on Amendments to the Election Law of BiH, adopted 26 sub-legal acts essential for the implementation of the Local Elections in BiH in 2024.

Where necessary, consolidated texts were also adopted for easier reference.

The adopted sub-legal acts enter into force on the day of adoption and will be published in a single issue of the "Official Gazette of BiH". They will be published on the website of the Central Election Commission of BiH next week, on the day the elections are called.
