Čavka decides not to conduct investigation: Vučić did not incite RS soldiers and police to genocide and crimes!

(Patria) - Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina Oleg Čavka issued a decision not to conduct an investigation against Aleksandar Vučić for the acts of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes under Article 176, paragraph 4 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, confirmed for Patria.

As stated in the explanation, there is no reasonable suspicion that Vučić committed the criminal offense for which he was reported to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.



We recall, in 2020, Sejfudin Tokić, president of the Bosniak Movement for Equality of Peoples, filed a criminal complaint with the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina against the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić.

As he explained at the time, it concerns a speech in the Assembly of Serbia on July 20, 1995, when Vučić stated: "Well, you bomb, kill one Serb, we will kill a hundred Muslims. Let's see if the international community or anyone else dares to attack Serbian positions like that, can they behave like that with the Serbian people."

The complaint states that the current President of Serbia thus incited soldiers and police of the RS and members of paramilitary groups to genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes, which indeed occurred after this speech on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with victims being civilians of Bosniak nationality.

"The accused constantly equated all Serbs, regardless of the international status of recognized states of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and other states," Tokić said at the time.

"I decided on this act because I believe we must close one of the bloodiest chapters of humanity from the pages of the worst war criminals," explained the president of the Movement.
