(Patria) - Carlos Tevez (39) is the new coach of the famous Argentine club Independiente.
The celebrated former striker previously ended his first coaching episode unsuccessfully, at the helm of Rosario.
He received a new chance at the club from Avellaneda, a major suburb of Buenos Aires.
Tevez ended his playing career in his homeland two years ago and is determined to establish himself as a top-level coach.
Independiente is one of the most famous Argentine clubs, with 16 national titles and as many as seven continental titles (Copa Libertadores), making them South American record holders, reports Pobjeda from Podgorica.
