An hour before the session of the SDA Personnel Commission, which decides today on the name of the mandate holder for the new term of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the closest associate of Bakir Izetbegović, the deputy president of the SDA and the key person who has been in charge of all party cadre appointments since the elections, Aljoša Čampara, had coffee with Asim Sarajlić, the president of the Commission, and two other members, the Patria news agency learns.
At this coffee in a nearby catering facility, Čampara issued directives to Sarajlić that Denis Zvizdić must be the only proposal for the mandate holder that the Commission will forward to the Presidency.
Incidentally, Čampara is always seen in places when certain cadres are appointed. Thus, at the time of the session of the Independent Board of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where Dragan Lukač „had to“ be reappointed as director of the Federal Police Administration, Čampara was seen walking the corridors of the Parliament and putting pressure on the Board members.
Also, during the constitutive session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, he was present to ensure that a majority was formed, and in case his boss Izetbegović needed him.
Čampara, who otherwise serves as the deputy mayor of the City of Sarajevo, is least often at his workplace where he receives a regular salary, and is most often seen at party gatherings when cadres are appointed to certain positions.
