Čampara calls Bandić's statement scandalous and unacceptable

Deputy Mayor of Sarajevo Aljoša Čampara reacted to the interview of the Mayor of Zagreb Milan Bandić for the television "Al Jazeera Balkans", in which he stated that he hopes BiH will soon be composed of three entities.

Čampara said that he considers such a statement unacceptable, scandalous, and offensive.

- Bandić's support for the establishment of a third entity in BiH, which, as he pointed out, would enable Croats a more equal role, is perceived by us as a blow to democratic processes in this region. We are very surprised and concerned by such inappropriate statements, given the good and friendly relations between Sarajevo and Zagreb, and especially with Mr. Milan Bandić, as the mayor of the capital of the Republic of Croatia - Čampara conveyed.
