Bursać: Dodik is carrying out secession, it has been ongoing for a year

“He has introduced more laws that cannot even ‘save’ him from it, according to which the only thing he can do is secession. For example, the Law on Referendum, the Law on Amnesty, the Election Law, and all of this is shaking and destabilizing the BiH Constitution. And don't forget – since the summer of last year, the entity has had its parallel systems of government. It is de facto in secession. Hence, the Resolution on the Genocide in Srebrenica, Bursać adds, served as a pretext for Banja Luka to respond again with theses about independence.

“Because, before the Srebrenica blackmail, there was blackmail with the Election Law, then blackmail with laws imposed by the High Representative… So, this is not about denying the genocide in Srebrenica, although that is the policy of the RS entity, but rather – even if there were no Resolution – Dodik would find something else to continue with blackmail and pressure,” believes Bursać.
