Budget of the Sarajevo Canton in deficit, when (not) Uk manages finances with the relevant minister

(Patria) - The Cantonal Council of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina has been warning the authorities in the Sarajevo Canton for months that the budget of the Sarajevo Canton cannot sustain the continued creation of obligations without real coverage in budget revenues.

To clarify for the citizens of the Sarajevo Canton in which direction the canton's finances are moving:

For the first 6 months of 2022, the budget surplus of the Sarajevo Canton amounted to 91,711,990 KM.
For the first 6 months of 2023, the budget surplus of the Sarajevo Canton amounted to 31,586,903 KM.
For the first 6 months of 2024, the budget deficit of the Sarajevo Canton amounted to 13,733,472 KM.

The given data are official data from the Ministry of Finance of the Sarajevo Canton and provide an explanation of why there is no money for one-time assistance, why there is no money for salary increases, why there is no money for young people, and why there will be no money for improving the standard of public administration workers. There is no money, but there is money for further borrowing of the canton from international institutions because this government will not repay those debts. It is frantically indebting all of us in the Sarajevo Canton and will continue to indebt us until the final destruction of the budget of the Sarajevo Canton.

Once again, we want to point out that in 2025, lower revenues are also expected due to the known "weighting", and it would be fair, before the start of additional and frightening borrowing of the Sarajevo Canton in the way the federal government is doing, for the Prime Minister (not) Uk and the Minister of Finance to resign. The very amounts of the surpluses achieved in previous years and what we have this year, and especially what awaits us next year, resignations would be a modest contribution to stopping the deficit and beginning a stewardly relationship towards the real budget revenues.

Stop inventing revenues because the budget is a plan, and the realized expenditures are real outflows of money from the budget of the Sarajevo Canton, which are already affecting the creation of a serious deficit, state from the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
