(Patria) - SNSD state parliamentarian Sanja Vulić announced that her party will initiate the dismissal of the Minister of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zukan Helez (SDP).
She announced the initiative to dismiss Helez in a statement to Srna, expressing dissatisfaction with the Trojka (SDP, NiP, NS) as SNSD's coalition partner.
It is difficult to expect this dismissal to gain the necessary majority, but it shows the other side of the coin and the weakness of the 'Trojka' which is not as comfortable in the legislative power as SNSD or HDZ BiH.
Because, according to the Law on the Council of Ministers, the procedure for dismissal can be initiated by the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers, but it is necessary for that decision to be confirmed by the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina. For confirmation in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the proposal for dismissal must be adopted in both the House of Representatives and the House of Peoples, in which SNSD has a comfortable position with four delegates, so it has long been clear that, for example, Staša Košarac cannot be dismissed, which is what the deputies of the House of Representatives of the PSBiH are seeking.
Because it is clear that the dismissal of Košarac would require the support of his parent party, which will not happen.
The Trojka, on the other hand, has only one delegate in the House of Peoples, Kemal Ademović (NIP), while the other four delegates are from opposition parties: Šefik Džaferović and Safet Softić from SDA, and Dženan Đonlagić from DF and Džemal Smajić from the Party of BiH.
Mathematically, it is clear that the 'Trojka' cannot dismiss SNSD ministers, while Milorad Dodik and SNSD can dismiss 'Trojka' ministers. This is further proof that the quick formation of the Council of Ministers of BiH is not the only important thing when establishing government.
