Numerous congratulations on the occasion of the most joyous Catholic holiday of Christmas

On the occasion of the biggest Catholic holiday of Christmas, congratulations are arriving to believers, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

The Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nermin Nikšić, on behalf of the FBiH Government and personally, sent a Christmas greeting to believers of the Catholic faith.

- I sincerely wish you to spend Christmas, the most joyous Catholic holiday, in happiness and love, surrounded by your family members, friends, and neighbors. By preserving your beliefs, traditions, and customs, you show that you respect what is characteristic of other religions and peoples. Wishing that the upcoming holidays bring you abundant joy, I warmly congratulate you on Christmas - it is stated in the greeting.

The member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Croatian people, Dragan Čović, sent a greeting to all Catholics in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- The upcoming Christmas holiday is an occasion when, more than usual, we feel love, the joy of togetherness, and the warmth of the family home. May this holiday be a true call for all of us to build a manger in our thoughts and hearts where there will be room for human pain and needs, for true solidarity and care, and sensitivity for the people around us, for the most vulnerable and sensitive - not only here at home but in the entire world. Christian love for one's neighbor is also expressed through the conscientious performance of one's work. Surely there would be less sadness, disappointment, and bitterness in families, society, the nation, and the state if everyone in their place lived and worked responsibly and unselfishly what they were entrusted with. Therefore, renewed in faith and strengthened by spiritual preparation, let us become stronger to overcome the trials that lie before us and more prepared, so that, with mutual understanding, respect, and tolerance, we can equally participate in building a democratic society, in which the future of institutional integration with the most developed and successful will be ensured, and a better, more beautiful, happier, and more prosperous future in our homeland. A better future does not happen by itself - it is built by joint efforts. With wishes that the celebration of this holiday be filled with joy in families, with your loved ones, friends, and all people of good will, I wish all Catholics in Bosnia and Herzegovina a happy, joyous, and blessed celebration of Christ's birth and a happy and more successful new year 2015! - it is stated.

The President of the Alliance for Better Future of BiH, Fahrudin Radončić, sent a greeting to Cardinal Vinko Puljić on the occasion of the upcoming Catholic Christmas.

The Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Mladen Ivanić, sent a greeting on the occasion of the great Christian holiday of Christmas to the Archbishop Metropolitan of Vrhbosna, Cardinal Vinko Puljić, the clergy of the Vrhbosna Archdiocese, and Catholic believers in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the diaspora.

- To all believers of the Catholic faith in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the diaspora, on the occasion of Christmas, I send sincere and warmest greetings, with the wish that you spend the holiday days with your loved ones in peace, joy, and contentment. May the time ahead bring everyone even more understanding and mutual respect, so that we can work together for the benefit and good of the people in BiH - it is stated in the greeting from Chairman Ivanić.
