BPS demands Ministry of Environment and Tourism and director position of the Environmental Fund

The end of the story regarding the formation of a majority at the level of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is still not in sight, and as the Patria news agency learns, a meeting of the SDA and three smaller parties that helped pass the Labor Law in the FBiH Parliament, SBiH, A-SDA and BPS, will hold a joint meeting at the beginning of next week.

At this meeting, all party representatives should express what their conditions are for entering the government, and yesterday a meeting with the BPS delegation was held at the SDA headquarters, which has already expressed which department it would like.

Sources from the SDA reveal to Patria that BPS, i.e. Sefer Halilović, wants the Ministry of Environment and Tourism of FBiH, as well as the director position of the Environmental Protection Fund, whose annual budget amounts to nearly 40 million KM.

However, it is still unclear what will happen with the Alliance for a Better Future (SBB), because the HDZ BiH desires their entry into the government in order to have a solid majority, and not a minority government as Dragan Čović has pointed out several times to the media, because we remind you that SBiH, A-SDA, BPS, SDA and HDZ BiH have 50 votes in the House of Representatives of the PFBiH, which practically means that none of the deputies can even get sick.

On the other hand, the Democratic Front, which still has three ministers in the FBiH Government, as well as the Vice President of FBiH Milan Dunović, is waiting for the signatures of the new parliamentary majority so that Dunović can eventually step down from the position of Vice President of the Federation.
