SARAJEVO, (Patria) - At the request of members of the Fiscal Council of BiH, Minister of Finance of BiH Vjekoslav Bevanda and Minister of Finance of FBiH Jelka Milićević, a session of the Fiscal Council of BiH was convened today to reconsider the Letter of Intent.
The session of the Fiscal Council was not held due to lack of quorum.
Article 4 of the Law on the Fiscal Council of BiH stipulates that the presence of at least five of its members is required to hold a session, including at least one representative from each constituent people in BiH.
Given that no representative from the Bosniak people attended the session, the Fiscal Council did not hold the session.
