
(Patria) - Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, and North Macedonia are most concerned about the cost of living and rising prices, followed by corruption and the general political situation. In Serbia, the primary concern is corruption.
This is shown by data collected through direct household interviews with respondents from May 10 to July 7, 2025, conducted by the International Republican Institute (IRI).
For each country, the five most pressing concerns for the surveyed citizens were identified. In addition to these, citizens also mentioned the healthcare system, illegal drugs, natural disasters, pensions, and others to a lesser extent.

The sample of respondents in BiH consisted of 1,219 adults, in Kosovo 1,164, in North Macedonia 1,221, Montenegro 1,020, and Serbia 1,216.
