'BLACK TIE' Two more months of detention for Aida Halać, Sančez Jukić and Adnan Smajlović

(Patria) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina accepted the proposal of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and extended the detention for two months for Adnan Smajlović, Aida Halać and Sančez Jukić, who were arrested as part of the operation "Black Tie 2".

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina extended the detention for another two months for Adnan Smajlović, known as Pepi, Sančez Jukić and Aida Halać. They were arrested within the framework of the operation Black Tie 2. They are suspected of organized crime. They are members of the Tito and Dino drug cartel.

Incidentally, as stated by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, through the financial intelligence units of the UAE and Hong Kong, as well as through Interpol, additional data has been requested, which would help in the overall clarification of the criminal offense of money laundering for the drug cartel of Edin Gačanin Tito, as shown by Sky messages.

As of the day of submitting the proposal for the extension of detention, this data had not been received, and the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina expects to receive in the coming period the Report on the committed criminal offense against the legal entity "Astralis Computing" d.o.o. Sarajevo and Sančez Jukić from the State Agency for Investigation and Protection.

Within the framework of the case "Black Tie 2", evidence from encrypted applications has been collected, and in the activities being carried out, international support has been provided by the FBI, DEA and Europol.
