SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Olympic beauty Bjelašnica has long been an internationally renowned ski resort, and today, January 1, 2019, numerous tourists took advantage of the holidays to ski.
The Municipality of Trnovo, together with the Government of Sarajevo Canton, ZOI 84, and other institutions, are working to make this area and the ski resort itself, as a project of public importance not only for the local community but also for the Canton and then for the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a modern winter center.
Today, it looks just like that. Skiers praise the slopes, which are ready for descent.
The Olympic beauty Bjelašnica has been the center of the region for three days, and "Bijelo dugme" contributed to this.
The legendary band held a concert on Saturday as part of the "Hajdemo u planine" (Let's Go to the Mountains) event, and since that day, all accommodation capacities have been filled.
The atmosphere is complemented by a cultural and sports event called "Telemach Winterhana market & fun zone," which, over the next two months, will offer all visitors top-notch entertainment with a rich sports, gastro, and recreational program, intended for the whole family.
