Bišćević-Tokić: Will the decisions of the Trojka cost Bosniaks to be hostages in their own country?

(Patria) - The FBiH Government, at today's session, requested the Supervisory Board of Sarajevo International Airport to dismiss the General Director Alan Bajić and the Executive Director for Development Samra Pehilj.

It was proposed that Sanin Remezić from People and Justice be appointed as the new director. For the executive director for traffic and services in the airspace, the proposal is for a candidate from HDZ, Amadeo Mandić, while Slobodan Kadijević (Our Party) is proposed as the executive director for development.

Federal MP Jasmina Bišćević-Tokić (SDA) reacted to such personnel solutions of the FBiH Government, stating that "it seems the concession of Sarajevo International Airport has begun.

"Today, the imposed FBiH Government dismissed the Airport Management. After this Management achieved historic development of the Airport, operated successfully, increased the number of passengers and flights, the imposed FBiH Government rewarded it by dismissing it.

The previous FBiH Government, led by Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, invested in infrastructure, resolved complete property issues, and now we are supposed to give such a well-organized Airport for concession?

Of course, this Management was capable, but not compliant enough to agree to hand over the Sarajevo Airport for concession, as Forto and the imposed FBiH Government want.

We have had the opportunity to hear Minister Forto say several times that the Airport should be given for concession because all our neighbors have done so.

Is that the only reason why Sarajevo Airport would be given for concession?

Airport concessionaires in the region are from Germany and France. Why do Germany and France keep their airports under state ownership? Because they are strategically important facilities and are never given away. That's how true country leaders act.

Brnik Airport in Slovenia is under concession and has a loss. Today, the FBiH Government appoints people without experience in air traffic. It appoints people from HDZ to the management of our airport.

This comes from the Ministry of Transport and Communications of FBiH, headed by Andrijana Katić.

Did Nikšić ask HDZ to appoint a Bosniak to the management of Mostar Airport? Of course not.

Where is this ship steered by the Trojka heading, and will their decisions cost Bosniaks to be hostages in their own country," Bišćević-Tokić wrote on social media tonight.
