Today, the acquisition by which Bingo took over the company C.D.E.B. Interex was officially concluded, writes the BiH news agency Patria.
The retail chain Bingo from Tuzla took over 24 Interex facilities, a member of the French group Intermarche, and their 709 employees. This means that Bingo will have 156 facilities and around 4,200 employees in BiH.
The process of taking over the facilities will last for the next six months, and Bingo's owner Senad Džambić previously told Patria that this acquisition is significant for BiH manufacturers who will have much better positions in Bingo's market.
On behalf of the Intermarche group, the contract was signed by Pierre Yves Conan.
