Bihać: Goods worth BAM 200,000 discovered and temporarily seized

(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency yesterday (December 30, 2024), as part of the operational action "Warehouse", on the territory of Bihać during the search of a facility, temporarily seized goods of unknown origin used for construction work, worth BAM 200,000.

The aforementioned activities were carried out in cooperation with officers of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Una-Sana Canton, upon verbal order of the Court of BiH and under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the criminal offense of "Unauthorized Warehousing of Goods" prescribed by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
