
(Patria) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued a temporary measure prohibiting the BiH entity Republika Srpska from carrying out investment works and deforestation at the "Vučiji most" location in the Jahorina area, BHRT learns.
The Court adopted this measure at the proposal of the BiH Attorney's Office, as the legal representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
"The Court's decision has ordered a temporary security measure prohibiting the BiH entity Republika Srpska from carrying out investment works and deforestation, in accordance with the Regulatory Plan for the special area of Jahorina at the 'Vučiji most' location, on the properties that are the subject of the RS Government's Decision of December 28, 2023, on the manner and conditions for the sale of properties located within the special area of Jahorina."
The temporary measure remains in effect until the final conclusion of the litigation proceedings in the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff Bosnia and Herzegovina against the defendant Republika Srpska.
