(Patria) - BHANSA has been officially notified by EUROCONTROL that, based on a court decision, a freeze has been ordered on all further payments to the Agency, as a result of an arbitral award rendered in favor of the Slovenian company "Viaduct."
Although BHANSA was not a party to this dispute, it faces the possibility of a blockade of funds necessary for the smooth operation of air navigation.
In order to find an urgent solution and ensure continuity of operations, BHANSA is intensively cooperating with the competent institutions.
The public will be informed in a timely manner about all further steps.
