Bosnian politicians at AK Party Congress in Ankara

President of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina Amer Jerlagić has been attending, as a guest, the 5th Congress of the AK Party in Ankara since 12 September 2015, at the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey and the president of this party, Ahmet Davutoğlu.

The party led by Davutoğlu is the leading political factor in the Republic of Turkey with the largest number of delegates in the national parliament, and traditionally invites friends from the country and the world to congresses held every three years.

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu, who was re-elected today as the leader of the Justice and Development Party (AKP), promised his supporters that he would restore the absolute majority in the upcoming early elections to be held on 1 November.

Davutoğlu, who was the only candidate for party leader, was elected unanimously, with the support of all 1,353 participants of the party congress.

Incidentally, as sources from the SDA reveal, their representatives have also traveled to Turkey for the AK Party Congress.
