The national sitting volleyball team of Bosnia and Herzegovina achieved its first victory at the Paralympic Games being held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The golden boys and the chosen ones of Mirza Hrustemović convincingly defeated the national team of Ukraine in their first appearance with a score of 3:0 in sets (25:12, 25:22, 25:10).
In the next match, the Bh. volleyball players, who are defending the title from London, play on the night from Monday to Tuesday against their biggest rival, the national team of Iran. The volleyball players in Rio want to win their fifth Paralympic medal, and they are placed in Group B, where they play their last match against China.
