No explanation: Kajganić was not in Potočari, the presence of the Bavarian prosecutor is a small hope for the victims!

Today is July 12, the day after another mass funeral in Potočari, when 30 victims of the Srebrenica genocide found their final resting place yesterday.

A bitter taste in the mouth from countless facts indicating that justice has not been served. Genocide denial is not being prosecuted, and a new stage of genocide, which includes glorifying this crime, has long been tangible and visible.

Yesterday, the High Representative in BiH will be praised that the Bavarian prosecutor, who could help the BiH judiciary in prosecuting crimes, as well as punishing genocide deniers, was with him in Potočari.

However, many have overlooked the fact that the Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, Milanko Kajganić, was not in Potočari! Patria's inquiry as to why he was absent is being ignored, just like the reports about genocide deniers and those who are undermining the constitutional order in BiH.

Kajganić, it seems, has more pressing obligations. He is working diligently on historical revisionism, filing indictments against members of the Army of RBiH and the MUP of RBiH.

Kajganić also has business related to the purchase of a new metallic black limousine for which he will pay 130,000 marks. He doesn't have time for 'trivialities' about which 'there is not enough case law'!?

In November 2022, Kajganić told NAP that he respects genocide verdicts and expects new indictments for these atrocities. An empty story for naive Bosniaks and nothing more, that statement will turn out to be true a few months later. What a waste of media space that Kajganić has, considering the effects of his work.

And so, indictments against members of the Army of RBiH and the MUP of RBiH for alleged war crimes continue, mostly committed against members of the Army of Republika Srpska, the army that attacked a sovereign country at the time, a internationally recognized country.

The hypocrisy of the international community is evident in their silence on such frequent occurrences. Their open support for Kajganić proves that nothing happens by chance and that everyone says one thing and does another.

The goal of Serb-Chetnik policy has been achieved. You were all equal, both those who attacked and those who defended their country.

There are no adequate protection mechanisms. Naive Bosniaks celebrated Milan Tegeltija's departure from the HJPC, and Halil Lagumdžija, apart from supporting judicial farces, has done nothing as a Bosniak to protect members of his people.

In their naivety, Bosniaks think and hope for the better. And hope, in these difficult relations as they are in BiH, is the worst delusion, because then you rely on others to solve a problem for you.

And where is Lagumdžija today, the president of the HJPC, who, after Milanko Kajganić was elected Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, said that the HJPC Rules of Procedure were not violated because there were three candidates until the Subcommittee.

Therefore, he voluntarily agreed to appoint a man to head the BiH Prosecutor's Office who comes from the MUP of Republika Srpska and works under the orders of Belgrade and Republika Srpska.

Where is Michael Murphy to ask Kajganić why he was not in Potočari on July 11, to at least meet with the Bavarian prosecutor who could help him gain the much-needed case law for prosecuting genocide deniers.

The fact that the trend of decreasing indictments, set by Gordana Tadić, who, unlike him, visited Potočari on July 11, continued in Kajganić's first year of mandate, indicates that he is not doing a good job.

She ended up on the US blacklist. Kajganić is currently under their protection, so it would be wise to precisely determine that foreigners say one thing and do another.

Because as long as they witness the undermining of BiH's constitutional order by Milorad Dodik and the authorities from Republika Srpska, and the denial of genocide without prosecution, while providing support to BiH judicial bodies, the international factor is actively participating in the division of BiH, only doing so in a way that it unfolds peacefully. As long as there is no shooting!
