No domestic footballers: Baždarević calls up 25 players from 25 European clubs

The coach of the BiH national football team, Mehmed Meša Baždarević, has called up 25 footballers from 25 European clubs. 

The national team footballers come from major European leagues and famous European clubs, from Chelsea, Juventus, Lazio, Roma, Hamburg, Hertha, Schalke, Genk, Gent, to Palermo, PAOK, Qarabag, Stuttgart, Darmstadt, Istanbul, Werder to Cesena.

Therefore, more than two-thirds of our national team players play in German and Italian clubs.

Five players have been designated as reserves, in case of injuries or withdrawals of some of these 25 players from this list: Armin Hodžić (Dinamo), Riad Bajić (Konyaspor), Zvonimir Kožulj (Hajduk), Dario Dumić (NEC Nijmegen) and Miroslav Stevanović (Željezničar), who is the only footballer from the domestic league. 

On October 7, BiH plays a match against Belgium in Brussels, and three days later, on October 10, in Zenica against Cyprus.
