University Karate Club "Bosna" Sarajevo will organize a free karate school for children of veterans from the Sarajevo Canton at the beginning of September.
The courses will be held on weekdays at the FIS Center for Sport and Recreation and in the Zetra hall, and the schedules are available on the club's website www.ukkbosna.ba and in the promotional material that can be downloaded at the premises of the Ministry for Veterans' Affairs of KS, reports the Patria News Agency.
On the occasion of this announcement, as well as the excellent results achieved at the recently held 7th European University Karate Championship in Montenegro, the Minister for Veterans' Affairs of KS, Muharem Fišo, hosted a reception today for the representatives of the University of Sarajevo and members of this club, as well as its vice-president, Suad Ćupina.
The University team was the overall winner of this championship, in both women's and men's competitions, with two gold, five silver, and six bronze medals, it was announced from the Ministry.
