(Patria) - Nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts and those who enjoy socializing will have the opportunity on June 21, 2026 to enjoy a unique walk through one of the most beautiful regions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Organized by the Station of Mountain Guides Sarajevo, a hiking tour from Umoljani to Lukomir and back will take place, through spectacular landscapes and the untouched nature of the Rakitnica canyon.
Participants are scheduled to gather at the mosque in Umoljani at 8 a.m., and the organizers emphasize that participation is completely free.
The tour is suitable for all mountain and nature lovers, regardless of previous experience. Experienced hikers are welcome, as well as families with children who want to spend a day in the clean mountain air, far from the city bustle.
The organizers invite all interested parties to bring good spirits, friends and a smile, and to enjoy together unforgettable views, socializing and the natural beauties offered by Umoljani and Lukomir.
“Nature is calling – answer with a step,” the organizers said.
