(Patria) - Sergej Barbarez, head coach of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team, won admirers with his styling during the match against Canada.
The British newspaper The Guardian and its journalist Charles Antaki were delighted with our coach's outfit in the match that ended 1-1.
As they pointed out, Barbarez offered one of the most striking looks of the World Cup so far.

- The Bosnian coach wears a white shirt and white sneakers, but the most interesting detail is the double-breasted suit in the style of the 1950s. It could become a trend - wrote Antaki, who concluded that Sergej Barbarez looks great.
Let us recall, during the World Cup in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, Sergej Barbarez and members of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team's coaching staff wear suits and fashion combinations specially created for them by the premium BH brand "Maestro Suits".
The Guardian's article confirms that "Maestro Suits" succeeded in its intention for our country to be perceived as modern, stylish, with a recognizable image.
The coaching staff, as the face of authority, stability, and professional identity of the team, has received a completely new visual expression that transcends fashion and enters the realm of national branding. At a time when sport, style, and national image intertwine, Bosnia and Herzegovina gains a clearer, more confident, and more recognizable image before the global public.
- At the World Cup in the United States and Canada, our coaching staff will wear suits made according to the highest standards of modern tailoring. Every element, from construction and precision of cut to material selection and finishing, is designed to reflect the professionalism, confidence, and dignity expected of a national team. Behind the entire process lies the symbolism of a shared contribution to the national team.
For this occasion, we developed a special fashion line in which members of our coaching staff will appear on various occasions during the championship - says Alen Karić, director of the company Kismet and founder of the brand "Maestro Suits".
In modern sports, coaches and members of the coaching staff are often among the most visible representatives of a country. Their photos, press conferences, and official appearances become part of the global narrative about the national team. The style of dress and public appearance of the coaching staff members represent the image of the entire country.
The leader of the coaching staff, Sergej Barbarez, through his playing and coaching career, has built a recognizable authority, integrity, and natural elegance. Today, he passes on the same values to the team he leads, which is visible in all segments, on and off the field.
The suits in which they will present themselves during the championship are a blend of traditional tailoring knowledge and modern technological and design standards, using top-quality Italian fabrics. In production, the focus was on precision, functionality, and comfort, achieving a balance between elegance and necessary practicality.
- In this project, we are primarily talking about the style and quality with which Bosnia and Herzegovina communicates itself on the world's biggest stage. Every detail, from the cut to the choice of materials, is part of a broader picture of a country that wants to show it possesses the knowledge, quality, and standard that can stand alongside the best in the world - says Armin Hasić, director of the brand "Maestro Suits".
