(Patria) - At the proposal of the acting prosecutor of the KS Prosecutor's Office, the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo extended the custody for another two months for the suspects Ibri Berilo, Nađa Milišić, and Adis Mulaosmanović.
"Custody was extended for them due to the risk that the suspects, if at liberty, could influence witnesses, conceal evidence, and due to the risk of re-offending," stated the KS Prosecutor's Office.
The Incitat operation was carried out on August 5, and several individuals were deprived of their liberty within this operation. Trnovo Mayor Ibri Berilo was ordered into custody, as were two other individuals.
Former director of Sarajevo-šume, Nermin Demirović, was subsequently deprived of his liberty and also ordered into custody.
By order of the Cantonal Court, five apartments in the Aroma building on Bjelašnica were temporarily seized and will be managed by the Agency for the Management of Confiscated Property of the FBiH.
