Begić: A non-paper from Germany is circulating in Brussels, one of the scenarios involves the secession of RS

(Patria) - Prof. Zlatan Begić, a doctor of constitutional law, warned that one of the possible scenarios in the non-papers circulating in Brussels is to let RS go, and for that to happen, there must be some Dodik and someone must come out to the entity lines. He claims that the origin of this non-paper is from Germany.

He said that the international community can resolve the situation in 48 hours and send criminals where they belong. He is also concerned about what will happen to state property.

"Do you notice how respectfully Schmidt addresses Dodik and Čović?! Western policies are trying to separate Vučić from Russia and are ready to sacrifice our homeland for it! BiH could exist as a state only on paper, and be governed through Belgrade and Zagreb!

We have no problem with the people and nations, but with policies! What is happening is good for all of us to wake up and know that people live across from us whose guiding principles are the bearers of Greater-state policies, UZP, war crimes, genocide! We need to be prepared for future activities, because we have no right to underestimate such things! These were protests by politicians with citizens that were forced to come! I doubt Željka and her followers will come to what they call a 'dress rehearsal'! What Dodik thinks, Željka Cvijanović says! We must not ignore or underestimate their statements and what could happen to us! Concessions are being made to Dodik; concessions are being given to Belgrade through RS, and concessions are being given to Croatia over the Federation through their satellites in BiH! That is the idea for achieving stability in this region! We could pay for such policies with blood! Dodik could not do this without the tacit approval of the West," Begić believes.

He points out that the parties of the 'troika' are behaving irresponsibly, and one third of the 'troika' was formed because they were financed by foreigners.

"The second third of the 'troika' must behave that way because the judges and prosecutors of HDZ and SNSD have them in their grip. The third third of the 'troika' are dilettantes. Everything the foreigners have done would not be possible without such a 'troika'," he said.

He said that the verdict obtained by Slaven Kovačević is historic.

"That verdict is a democratic standard! It means that tribal leaders cannot gather their tribes and lead them to some imaginary lines! I expect the verdicts to be implemented," he said.
