Bećirović, Zvizdić and Ademović prepare requests for constitutional review of laws adopted by the RS National Assembly

(Patria) - Member of the BiH Presidency Denis Bećirović has prepared requests to the Constitutional Court of BiH for reviews of the constitutionality of anti-Dayton and unconstitutional laws adopted by the RS National Assembly.

Together with Bećirović, the leaders of the BiH Parliament Denis Zvizdić and Kemal Ademović will act in a coordinated manner before the Constitutional Court of BiH.

"The unlawful actions of the authorities of the BiH entity of the RS require decisive and unified action by all state officials in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Brutal attacks on the Dayton Peace Agreement and the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina must be stopped.

Attempts to undermine the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina represent a direct threat to peace and stability in the country and the region.

Bećirović will continue the fight for respect and implementation of the principles of constitutionality and legality using all available legal and political means," his Cabinet announced.
