Baždarević announces squad for Belgium and Andorra: New players Aničić, Vrančić, Kvesić and goalkeeper Burić

Head coach of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team Mehmed Baždarević announced today the list of players he counts on for the upcoming two matches of the UEFA Euro 2016 qualifiers in France against Belgium on September 3 in Brussels and on September 6 against Andorra in Zenica, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.

Baždarević included the following players on the list: Asmir Begović, Ibrahim Šehić, Jasmin Burić, Emir Spahić, Ognjen Vranješ, Toni Šunjić, Ermin Bičakčić, Sead Kolašinac, Anel Hadžić, Mensur Mujdža, Senad Lulić, Tino Sven Sušić, Haris Medunjanin, Miralem Pjanić, Mario Vrančić, Izet Hajrović, Muhamed Bešić, Sanjin Prcić, Edin Višća, Vedad Ibišević, Edin Džeko, Milan Đurić, Ermin Zec, Josip Kvesić, Marin Aničić.

- We have a serious opponent ahead of us, considered one of the best European teams. But we have the capacity and ambition, and we are going to Belgium for a good result. That is certainly a win, but it is important that we play well and rise to the occasion - said Baždarević.

The head coach also commented on the new players he called up for these matches and said that "they are here, like everyone else, to compete for the starting 11".
