(Patria) - Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Bećirović performed the Eid prayer at the Ferhadija Mosque in Banja Luka.
After the Eid prayer, he congratulated the gathered believers on Kurban-Bajram, and emphasized that Eid days should be a time of increased care for others, especially for returnees, as well as for all those living in difficult circumstances.

Bećirović pointed out the importance for all believers throughout the entire territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina to be able to celebrate their religious holidays in peace and joy, in a family and friendly environment. The future of Bosnia and Herzegovina lies in mutual appreciation and respect, as well as in the consistent protection of the human rights of all citizens of our country.
During conversations with the citizens of Banja Luka, Bećirović emphasized that returnees must never be forgotten and that it is the obligation of authorities at all levels in Bosnia and Herzegovina to protect their rights, security, and dignity. He stressed that returnees are a symbol of perseverance, courage, and love for their homeland, as they have returned to their homes despite numerous difficulties and challenges they face daily.
