The lack of an adequate response from the security agencies of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which are tasked with defending and strengthening the constitutional order, during the implementation of the judgments of the Court of BiH and the orders of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH in the case of Milorad Dodik, has shown all the weakness of the institutions and the state as the bearer of sovereignty. In this process, we witnessed a new dimension of the collapse of institutions and legal norms, negotiations with perpetrators of criminal acts about trading constitutional and legal competencies, where it was publicly shown that the state is actually not a state but a space for trade and exchange, and the realization of personal interests.
All the policies and politicians who touted their "success" in the fact that force was not used, and that there was no conflict between the institutions that protect the constitutional order (SIPA and other state security agencies) and those that protected Dodik and undermined that order (MUP RS), have proven to be mere ignoramuses and liars.
Ignoramuses who do not understand that by doing so, instead of legitimately leading us into an orderly system where the constitutional order must be respected and defended, even with repressive measures, they lowered us to Dodik's level, where he has been playing the game for decades that Bosnia and Herzegovina as a state does not exist.
And a state ceases to be a state the moment laws are selectively applied, when court decisions do not apply equally to everyone, and when security institutions choose over whom they will and will not "enforce the law." There the rule of law ends and the rule of the powerful begins, that is, the rule of the mafia.
Security agencies and the police are obliged to protect territorial integrity, sovereignty, and the constitutional order from internal and external threats. In doing so, they have the legitimate right to use force. The security agencies of our country did not do that job, for which those who have been selling us fog packed in hollow textbook phrases for three years are directly responsible. These are the leaders of the parties called the Troika (NiP, SDP, and Our Party).
They told us one thing, and did everything opposite. And nothing stripped that storm of lies to the bone like the messages exchanged within the SDP's clientelistic octopus and the bulldozing of their "reformed partner" Milorad Dodik. Therefore, let us not be surprised if soon the trading of state property, changes to the election law, and even a "third entity" appear on the negotiating table.
But we must be realistic and say that we ourselves bear blame for this situation. Those who even thought that characters who have destroyed everything they touched, Konaković, Forto, and Ćudić, whose previous political activity was limited exclusively to the Sarajevo Canton, which they completely devastated, could successfully lead state policy, establish order, bring changes, and lead the country towards improvement, are also guilty.
Precisely because of that mistake, the criminal oligarchy of Milorad Dodik is today defeating the state and the rule of law in our country. Many will write that this is a defeat for Elmedin Konaković, Edin Forto, Sabina Ćudić, and Nermin Nikšić, but it is not.
This is a defeat for all of us who want a normal life. And for that defeat, Nermin Nikšić, Elmedin Konaković, Edin Forto, and Sabina Ćudić, people who have been fooling and lying to us from day one, are directly responsible!
Where is Sabina Ćudić today, who according to Peđa Kojević "enters the US Congress like her own home," now that American sanctions have been lifted from Dodik? Where is today "another great success of Bosnian diplomacy," as the minister for everything except diplomacy coos at every meeting he holds protocolarily? Is there any message that Nermin Nikšić exchanged with serious people in state affairs that does not concern the personal settling of the clientelistic octopus?
In state affairs, there is an axiom that says foreign policy is a mirror of domestic policy. That is exactly what we are seeing today in our country. All the negligence, clientelism, influence peddling, and lies of the Troika leaders have surfaced and returned like a boomerang in this amateurish charade with the bulldozing of Milorad Dodik.
And that is not at all surprising, because given what our diplomacy is like, we got off lightly. They could, according to their "successful model of negotiation," have secured the release of Ratko Mladić and Radovan Karadžić from their cells.
All the successes of the Troika, both in domestic and foreign policy, are so great that only Nermin Nikšić, Elmedin Konaković, Edin Forto, and Sabina Ćudić understand them, along with a few members of the inner clientelistic clique. It is ours only to admire them and applaud them. So, bravo masters!
And don't do it again, for God's sake, because every one of your "successes" puts our future in question!
