'Bajram comes, courtyards smell fragrant': Burhan Šaban's Bayram concert tonight at the Youth Centre

(Patria) - As part of the traditional manifestation of the Islamic Community of Sarajevo, "Bajram comes, courtyards smell fragrant", on the first day of Bayram, tonight starting at 8:00 PM, at the Youth Centre in Skenderija, a concert by hafiz Burhan Šaban will be held.

Burhan Šaban is one of the most prominent interpreters of spiritual music in our region, a name that has become synonymous with dignity and artistic depth in recent decades.

His work, recognizable by his distinctive voice and the sincerity he brings to every spoken word, has set high standards in the interpretation of ilahijas and qasidas.



Burhan will be accompanied by an orchestra consisting of Dino Šukalo, Edvin Hadžić, Bojan Ahac, Amar Češljar, and Melih Merse, while vocal support will be provided by Ajsela Zoronjić, Medina Turković, Nedim Bašić, and Alen Hadžić.

In addition to artistic brilliance, this concert also carries a deeply noble character.

Tickets at a price of 20 KM, which can be purchased at the Skenderija Centre box office, represent a direct contribution to those most in need.

The entire proceeds from the concert will be directed towards the social welfare projects of the Islamic Community of Sarajevo.
