The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has confirmed the indictment charging the accused Nedžad Bajraktarević with the criminal offense of embezzlement in office, reports the Patria News Agency.
The indictment states that the accused Nedžad Bajraktarević, between October 2012 and December 8, 2014, while working as an independent clerk for cash transactions in the Treasury Operations Department of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Sarajevo Main Unit, as a key holder in the treasury of the Central Bank – Sarajevo Main Unit, misappropriated money entrusted to him in his official capacity in the total amount of 600,000 KM, the Court of BiH announced.
