Appeal to the FBiH Government and the relevant minister: Stop endangering workers' rights!

(Patria) - Legal expert Enver Išerić called on the FBiH Government and the Minister of Labour and Social Policy to explain to citizens how it is possible that an employer does not pay contributions for pension-disability insurance to their employees?

And if it happens, or is happening, Išerić also asked why workers have to suffer for it, and in the worst possible way, by being unable to exercise their right to a pension?

"Workers cannot and must not suffer because employers do not respect the laws!

If the Government does not take care of respecting the laws, and it is obliged to do so, then it should remedy the consequences of employers' illegal actions and its own inaction.

No worker should be denied the right to a pension because someone did not pay contributions, when they were obliged to do so," Išerić published on social networks.
