The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo has upheld the Decision of the Sarajevo Municipal Court, dismissing the report filed by the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton against the president and vice-president of SABNOR, Sead Đulić and Nijaz Skenderagić, for organizing a peaceful march of antifascists for all victims of the fascist regime.
The march was held during the mass for the victims of Bleiburg, on May 16 last year, at the Sarajevo Cathedral.
The decision is expected, SABNOR claims, but they question why the report was filed at all and why antifascists are being bothered in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
