
SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina are still engaged at nine border crossings, where tent facilities have been installed, equipped with military beds and where disinfection, disinsection, and deratization (DDD) measures have been carried out, with security and guarding measures for the tent settlements established.
From March 20 to April 10, 2020, in accordance with procedures, based on 39 received requests, a total of 28 containers, 53 tents (large and small), and 1706 beds were approved for civil structures, to the following municipalities: Čapljina, Livno, Brčko, Banja Luka, Goražde, Nevesinje, Bileća, Zenica, Čitluk, Bijeljina, Orašje, Mostar, Ljubinje, Gacko, Travnik, Žepče, Lopare, Brod, Pelagićevo, Vlasenica, Sarajevo Canton, Jablanica, as well as the Emergency Staff of Republika Srpska and the Civil Protection Staff of Republika Srpska.
Currently, the AF BiH are engaged at 24 locations with seven (7) containers, 37 large and 15 small tents, and 1037 beds, and preparations are underway for the engagement of resources at another 13 locations.
Also, according to the records to date, as of April 10, 2020, 102 military personnel are in self-isolation within the AF BiH, and 7 (seven) cases of infected members of the AF BiH have been confirmed.
